Pedro Inada is the co-founder and Co-CEO of GigU (formerly StopClub), a social fintech empowering gig workers — a community that today makes up over 20% of Brazil’s workforce.
Pedro's entrepreneurial journey began in 2014 with the founding of GoGudi, a service marketplace that connected over 10,000 providers. Before diving into startups, Pedro envisioned a future in the financial market, where he worked for over eight years at two asset management firms. He also earned a master's degree (stricto sensu) in Economics and a specialization in Corporate Law and the Financial Market from top schools in Rio de Janeiro.
A fun fact: younger Pedro never quite knew what he wanted to be when he grew up. He chose Business Administration simply because it seemed to leave the most doors open — and gave him more time to figure things out. Spoiler: graduating didn’t magically answer the question either (but the journey turned out way better).
Outside of work, Pedro is a proud family guy who loves spending time with his wife and two kids. He's also a Flamengo fan, a lifelong learner passionate about entrepreneurship (especially real, passionate stories from fellow founders), and a big fan of audiobooks. Once an avid poker player, Pedro now channels all his strategic skills into running a company — and being a full-time dad.
